FLEECE JERSEY CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINE:

■Jiunn Long machines are built with robust structure for a longer life.
■The cam block is designed for 4 track and offered as standard equipment. It is more 
   flexible and economic to the factories. where 2 track machines are existed. As later 
   only cams have to be purchased for knitting the fabrics with more varied constructions.
■Our machines are able to run up to 25-30 RPM but with lower decibel.
■It is not necessary to lubricate the gears which are immersed in oil bath. An automatic 
   oil sprayer is equipped for smoothing the needles grooves and  tracks. For cleaning 
   the needle bed, we offer a blowing device. By all means we keep the machines from 
   dust and abrasion.
■As standard equipment, the positive yarn feeders with facilities of stop motions and 
   storage provide every tension and less breaks to the yarns. Furthermore a better 
   quality with higher productivity is achieved.
■The tightness of whole lot of fabrics can be set up by a 60-step take up device. 
   Through function of multi-step variable speed control, it is easier and time saving for 
   adjusting  the facility of knitting stripe fabrics as required. The weight per yard of fabrics 
   can be controlled as well.  The winding roller with floating type is to keep an even 
   tightness of fabrics and be pulled up easily.
■Our cylinder is made of special alloy steel on computerized lathe which enables it to be 
   stood  for abrasion and replace easily.
■Jiunn Long knitting machines are designed and manufactured by an intelligent and 
   professional working group with the aid of CAD system and delicate machine tools.

■Cams of Single Jersey:
  
   Replaced with the CAM and YARN FEED SYSTEM of single jersey, the pile machine 
   can be converted to single jersey for increasing its additional valves.

■Sinker Cams of Pile:
  
   The said cam has been designed with compensation segment, i.e. each two points for 
   moving sinkers to and for instead of each one for the other brands. It makes the working 
   period of  sinker by double.
■Yarn material:
   Double brushing (using 2.5mm sinker) 15O D + SP/32
   Single brushing (using 2.2mm sinker) 75 D + SP/32
■Applications:
   robe, diaper, pajamas, popular girl cloth.
■The type of knit fabric:
   You could knit pile fabric, velour, lateral pile fabric.

   Double brushing (use 2.5mm sinker) :
   Approximate 350 to 55O kgs per 24 hours. (one 60F machine)
   Single brushing (use 2.2mm sinker) :
   Approximate 250 to 300 kgs per 24 hours. (one 60F machine)

■The Cam Block of pile M/C.
  
   The needle cam block is designed for double needle tracks in order to reduce the 
   stress and abrasion on the needle butt. Moreover the life of needles can be lasted 
   more longer.
